Administrative Officer 1 – Cape Town:
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work
The incumbents will be required to facilitate scheduling and allocation of all repairs and maintenance work for Solid Waste Management Vehicle and Plant Fleet, as well as report on the progress for monitoring by management. These posts will form the link between SAP PM Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the (a) Maintenance staff, (b) contractors that execute the maintenance, (c) the QA’s that inspect all quotes and completed work, (d) Management and (e) Operations.
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Grade 12
Experience: 2 years
Other skills /requirements (Specify)  
3/4 years’ experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, SAP PM and Excel experience.
