Assistant Professional Officer: Space Management Cape Town (Contract starting 5 January)
A contract opportunity exists for an Assistant Professional Officer to support the Space Management function within a project-focused environment. This role is well suited to an experienced Architecture or Interior Design professional looking to contribute to space planning and project coordination initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and review of Norms and Standards
- Support project planning activities
- Complete and maintain project documentation
- Assist in compiling and refining project briefs
- Liaise with staff at various levels, including off-site stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and project flow
The role requires regular interaction with managers and staff who may be off-site attending meetings or site visits, ensuring efficiency and minimising delays.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification:
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience
