About the Role:
As Finance Lead, you’ll spearhead financial compliance, administration, control, and reporting for our business units. You’ll work closely with the Finance Executive to ensure our financial operations align with Group standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and cash forecasts
- Manage financial reporting and maintain accounting system integrity
- Oversee financial controls and compliance
- Lead working capital management and exchange rate risk mitigation
- Support procurement and communicate key risks to senior management
- Mentor and develop the finance team
Qualifications required
- BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or equivalent (CA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with 3+ years in a senior finance role
- Expert in IFRS, MS Office, and Excel
- Strong background in manufacturing finance and costing
- Syspro experience is a plus
