Job requirements:
Qualification: Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification
Experience: At least 3 years in a Talent Acquisition environment.
 
1. Proven working experience of competency based interviewing methodology.
2. Experience in working in the health environment as Talent Acquisition Specialist highly recommended.
 
 
 Work functions include but are not limited to:
1. Drafting adverts
2. Shortlisting
3. Conducting interviews
4. Conducting reference checks
5. HR related administration
6. Client engagements
