Are you ready to make a significant impact by optimizing our processes and driving innovation? We are seeking a talented contractor to develop our Stupid Rule automation system and enhance our Business Hub using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

 

 

System Development and Automation: Utilize SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint to create an automated system for managing Stupid Rule submissions tailored to our specific needs.

  

Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement within the Stupid Rule project and implement actionable recommendations.

 

Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, storage, and retrieval for the Stupid Rule project.

 

Reporting: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track project progress and impact.

 

Training and Support: Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to staff members on new systems and processes.

 

Collaboration: Work closely with the EoDB programme manager and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

 

 

Qualifications: A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

  

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in system development and automation.

 

 

1. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint with the ability to develop and implement automated systems.

 

2. Project Management: Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficient in creating and interpreting reports and dashboards.

 

4. Communication:  Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

 

5. Problem Solving:  Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
