Service Consultant – Cape Town
 
Key Responsibilities
Temp Administration
        • Ensures that all temps contracts are completed, singed and returned to payroll department
        • All contracts must have relevant documentation(copy of ID, Tax no and Bank statement)
        • Ensure that all filling is done timeously
        • Refer all payroll queries to timesheet administrator
        • Oversee typing of CV’s and other documentation where necessary
        • Ensure that CV is presented professionally, and that information is recorded correctly via Intelligence system
        • Manage various Client sites
        • Attend and manage the Injury on Duty process/administration    
General Functions
        • Provide support and assistance to team when requested to do so
        • Respond to queries form clients and candidates within the working day or alternatively contact them
        • Ensure that candidates are treated courteously and with respect
        • Interview candidates according to Companies work Instructions and guidelines
        • Standby 24/7 for Clients
Temps Assignments
        • Receive Temp Employment services orders.  
        • Contact with the Client at time of receiving Job Spec regarding deadlines and expected turnaround time  
        • Ensure that order is updated for all jobs as per work instruction  
        • Ensure that client has quoted rates and correct approval has been obtained for assignment prior to commencement of assignment

Requirements
        • Matric completed
        • HR Related qualification highly advantageous
        • Minimum Experience: 2 years in a similar role and environment
        • Driver’s license and must have own reliable vehicle (Reimburse travel cost at prescribed rate)
