Temporary Office Assistants (2 positions)
Our client is seeking to enhance its business operations, records management, and customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. As part of this effort, we are looking for two temporary office assistants to join their dynamic team and help streamline operations during a transitional period. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, assisting with important records management tasks, and supporting a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registry Support: Filing tender documents and correspondence according to financial years and sequences.
- Archiving Tender Documents: Sorting and archiving documents according to the established system and classifications, ensuring proper reference assignment.
- Document Distribution: Delivering tender records and internal correspondence to various departments and offices within the SCM Department.
- Managing the backlog of filing and clearing storage facilities efficiently.
- Ensuring daily operations continue seamlessly without disruption while records management processes remain consistent.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Grade 12 and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency required).
- Experience: Up to 2 years’ experience in an office environment with archiving and records management.
- Skills:
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to excellent service.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
