Branch Administrator – Cape Town
We are looking for an experienced and motivated all-rounder Branch Administrator to join our branch. The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager and provide comprehensive administrative, customer service and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
Key responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Customer service and client support
- Assisting with branch operations and coordination
- Supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day requirements
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Matric (relevant qualification will be advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle (essential for site visits – reimburse travel cost at prescribed rate)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a recruitment environment will be advantageous.
