Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift Work

 

Monitor CCTV and alarm systems continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches

Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, coordinating with field officers and emergency services as required

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents, activities, and system statuses

Operate and manage access control systems to ensure authorised entry only

Generate incident reports and escalate issues to senior management when necessary

Conduct regular system checks to ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning correctly

 

Valid PSIRA registration (Grade C or higher)

Control Room Operator Certificate

Minimum 1 year of experience in a security control room environment

Proficient in CCTV and alarm monitoring systems

Strong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
