Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service, handle queries, and resolve issues in the contact centre.
 
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Log and update all customer interactions and case details in the CRM system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior staff
Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling times and resolution rates
 
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (minimum)
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
