The Territory Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and asset management of multiple service stations. The Territory Manager will be held accountable for taking multiple services stations and

increasing their performance to the “next level”.

This role requires strategic oversight, monitoring the execution of operational standards to ensure each site meets departmental targets and upholds multiple brand standards. Additionally, the Territory Manager is accountable for optimizing business operations, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage, and driving short- and medium-term profitable growth while proactively managing risks across the portfolio.

 

• South African Citizen
• Grade 12 / Matric (additional qualifications will be preferable)
• Code 8 Drivers License
• Own Vehicle and willing to travel
• Previous experience in managing multiple fuel service stations will be advantageous
• Previous employment at Food Lovers Market, Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or Checkers will be advantageous
• At least 2 years proven senior management experience
• Must have a clear disciplinary record him/herself
• Advanced labour relations knowledge and skills
• Ability to interpret site financial statements and profit margins
• Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
• Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
