Our client is looking for reliable and experienced Foreman to ensure effective supervision, coordination and continuity of operational activities within their area cleansing operations for a period of 2 months.
Previous supervisory expirience is essential (Supervision of more than 50 staff)
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and monitor the performance of staff
– Supervision of progress of operations
– Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
– Coordinate teams, tools, resources and transportation of staff as needed
– Allocate daily tasks effectively to ensure productivity
– Monitor service delivery and resolve site related challenges
– Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements
– Report opertational issues and progress to management
Requirements:
– Completed Grade 10 (passed)
– Aged between 18 – 65
– Essential supervisory experience in a similar role
– Valid Driver’s License
– Valid updated PRDP (Professional Driving Permit)
