Well-established panel beating group opening a new shop in Ballito, looking for a friendly, confident Front of House Reception, Sales & PR person to be the face of their business.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, can juggle admin with customer service, is proactive in following up on leads and closing deals, and enjoys building strong relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers and professionally managing the front desk
Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Booking vehicles in and keeping customers updated on repairs
Preparing quotes and actively following up to convert them into jobs
Liaising between customers, insurers, and the workshop team
Building and maintaining strong relationships with local insurance brokers and car dealerships
Conducting courtesy visits and regular check-ins with brokers and dealerships in the Ballito area
Promoting the business within the local community to generate new work opportunities
Handling basic admin, filing, and maintaining accurate customer records
Maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming reception area
Requirements
Previous reception, customer service, sales, or relationship management experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, polished, and professional
Ability to build and maintain business relationships
Comfortable with basic computer systems and admin tasks
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
Outgoing personality with a professional appearance
Reliable and punctual
Matric (Grade 12) required
Drivers license
