Job Purpose:

The ICT Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Brand South Africa’s Information and Communications Technology function, ensuring that technology infrastructure, systems, information, digital platforms and ICT services effectively support the organization’s strategic mandate and operational requirements.

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing the ICT strategy, managing technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring information and cybersecurity, supporting digital transformation, managing ICT risks and service providers, and ensuring that employees have secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The ICT Manager will work closely with the Director: Corporate Services and all Brand South Africa portfolios to ensure that technology is effectively integrated into business operations and contributes to organizational efficiency, innovation, collaboration and strategic delivery.

Minimum Qualification Requirements & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.

Relevant ICT governance, cybersecurity, project management or IT service management certification.

At least 5-8 years’ relevant experience in ICT, Information Technology or Information Systems.

At least 3 years’ experience in an ICT management or senior ICT role.
