About the Role
Our client, a Pietermaritzburg-based company, is looking for a young, energetic school leaver to join their parts department as a Warehouse/Parts Assistant. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a matriculant who is eager to learn, hardworking, and keen to start their career in a busy parts and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain bincards accurately
- Pack and stock shelves in the parts department
- Issue out parts to technicians as required
- Assist with stock counts and general stock control
- Keep accurate records of parts issued and received
- Assist with general warehouse and parts department duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- Good counting skills
- Good record-keeping skills
Energetic, willing to learn, and hardworking
