A leading manufacturer of Polypropylene products is looking for an experienced Production Manager to run their state-of-the-art extrusion, weaving, and extrusion coating plant.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager.
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, managing production schedules, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- 5 years + experience in production management and process improvement
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the plastics industry is a plus
