Contract Opportunity: Project Manager

 

Our client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires someone who thrives working independently, takes initiative, and brings strong experience in project and event management, activation marketing, and stakeholder coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Plan, coordinate and manage events and activations from concept to execution  

– Oversee seamless on-site event management and execution  

– Engage with high-level stakeholders with professional communication  

– Collect and analyze event data to compile comprehensive reports  

– Brief and manage suppliers, sponsors, and vendors  

– Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for executive stakeholders  

– Draft key communications, including proposals, event briefs, and post-event reports  

– Coordinate cross-functional teams, both internal and external

 

Requirements:

– 3–5 years of proven experience in project and events management, with a strong marketing activation background  

– Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare executive-level reports  

– Strong copy editing and report writing abilities  

– Confident communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement at various levels  

– Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills  

– Ability to manage multiple projects independently and under tight deadlines  

– Basic graphic design skills – experience with Canva is a strong advantage  

 

Qualifications:

– A 3-year diploma or degree in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field
