About the Role
You will provide critical administrative support across procurement, documentation, reporting, logistics, and financial administration to ensure program compliance and smooth operations. Your expertise in SAP will be instrumental in driving efficiency and letting the technical team focus on delivering programme outcomes. (contract)
 
Key Responsibilities
    • Execute SAP operations across modules such as procurement, financial tracking, HR/time capturing, CRMS, and PPM.
    • Offer day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers: documentation, scheduling, correspondence.
    • Track and report project finances, including budgets, forecasts, and expenditure monitoring.
    • Record and maintain time and attendance data with precision.
    • Prepare and submit compliance and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely liaison.
    • Coordinate asset management including inventory and logistics.
 
Qualifications
    • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Experience
    • 2–3 years in similar roles, with a strong record in procurement, financial or project administration.
    •       
Skills & Requirements
    • Proficient in SAP — especially for procurement, financial tracking, HR/time capturing (e.g., SAP MM, FI, PS).
    • Familiarity with EPWP or public employment programmes.
    • Experience in contract and documentation management, including version control and archiving.
    • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and compliance mindset.
