Site Manager (Business Manager)-Pretoria East (CTC between R 25 000 and R 28 000)- (includes benefits like provident fund, disability cover and life insurance)
Job purpose:
Is responsible for executing and managing daily operations across all service station functions, including the forecourt, convenience store, add-on services, carwash (where applicable) and Quick Service Restaurants.
Background:
The Business Manager’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and uphold brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.
Requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Own Vehicle and willing to travel
- Previous employment at Woolworths, pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or Checkers essential
- Must be able to interpret and discuss financial statements and site figures
- Labour relations knowledge and skills
- Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
- Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
- High emotional intelligence
