Site Supervisor(Function Manager)-Spaarwater (Salary- CTC between R 16 000 and R 19 000 (includes benefits like provident fund, disability cover and life insurance)
Job purpose:
Is responsible for executing and managing daily operations across all service station functions, including the forecourt, convenience store, add-on services, carwash (where applicable) and Quick Service Restaurants.
Background:
The Function Manager’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.
Requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Own Vehicle and willing to travel
- Previous employment at Woolworths, pick n Pay, Shoprite, OK or Checkers will be advantageous
- Previous employment in the fuel industry will be advantageous (Astron Energy, Sasol, BP, Total, Engen, Shell)
- Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
- If internal applicant, he/she must have a clear disciplinary record him/herself
- Labour relations knowledge and skills
- Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
- Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
- High emotional intelligence
