1. Perform the analysis of food, milk and dairy related samples according to prescribed procedures and methods for by performing a variety of bacteriological tests.

 

2. Preparing and dispensing culture media required for the cultivating of microorganisms.

 

3. Recordin samples in various test registers by interpreting evaluating and recording of results and general laboratory administration.

 

 

Must have National Diploma in Food Technology or BSC Food Science/ Food Technology.
